Welcome to the
Townhomes of Townsend Woods Homeowners' Association

• The next HOA meeting will be Sunday, November 1, 2026, from 3-4:45pm @ the Sycamore Public Library - front room with options for ZOOM.

• Nominations for new HOA Board members are due by October 10th. Election forms will be sent via EasyHOA email between October 11th-12th and the results will be reviewed at the Board meeting on November 1st.  You can submit your vote via EasyHOA once the election survey kicks off or in person on the 1st.

• We still have about 40 homeowners who have not submitted a Verification of Insurance for their unit.  Fees will start to incur for all of those outstanding as per the Rules and Regulations fee structure.
